Fujitsu Recognizes Captovation As First-Ever ISV of the Month
ISV of the Month recognizes Fujitsu technology partners with unique product offerings that complement 
Fujitsu's line of document scanners

Minneapolis, MN, June 22, 2004 -- Captovation, a leading provider of production-level document and distributed capture software for electronic content management systems, has been recognized as Fujitsu's ISV of the Month for June 2004.  Specifically, this recognition is for Captovation's browser-based capture component - ecNet - due to its unique document capture features and functionality that it brings to the line of Fujitsu document scanners.

ecNet is a true, Internet-distributed document capture system consisting of two components: ecNet Client and ecNet Server.  The ecNet Client is automatically downloaded and installed as soon as a user connects to the ecNet Server, and runs entirely within Microsoft’s Internet Explorer – no manual software installation is required to use the program.  ecNet Client uses the industry standard TWAIN interface to capture documents from desktop scanners or other TWAIN compliant input devices.

ecNet received the AIIM E-Doc magazine “Best of Show” award at the 2004 AIIM Conference and Exhibition held at the Javits Convention Center this past March in New York City. The Best of Show Award recognizes the Enterprise Content Management hardware and software technologies on exhibit at the AIIM 2004 Conference and Exhibition that demonstrate exceptional capabilities and quality, and show evidence of significant ROI (Return on Investment) potential.  Captovation demonstrated ecNet in their booth with a Fujitsu fi-4530C departmental scanner.
