Captovation Ranks 49^th Among Minnesota’s Fastest Growing Technology Companies
Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 Program Rankings Released

MINNEAPOLIS, MN, September 25, 2003 -- Captovation, Inc. is proud to announce it ranks 49^th among Minnesota’s fastest growing technology companies, according to the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 50 program. The Fast 50 program rankings are based on the percentage of growth in revenues from 1998 to 2002.  This marks the second straight year that Captovation has been recognized with the award.

Captovation has achieved 106 percent revenue growth over the past five years. Captovation’s CEO, Ken Peterka, once again credits favorable sales of the company’s flagship document capture software product, eCapture, for their continued success.

To qualify for the Fast 50, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 1998 and $1 million in 2002; must be public or private companies headquartered in Minnesota; and must be “technology companies” defined as companies that own proprietary technology, manufacture a technology product, or devote a high percentage of effort to the research and development of technology.
